Hi there! I’m Stephanie— medical student, yoga instructor, runner, and food blogger. I started this website back in high school with a focus on nutrition, wellness, and evidence-based research backing preventive lifestyle practices like mindfulness and fitness. Since then, living a healthy lifestyle has motivated me to work with others and share my knowledge. As the daughter of two Greek parents, food is central to my everyday life and invokes connection and an opportunity to share one’s culture and tradition.
