Antioxidant- and protein-packed oatmeal makes for a filling and nutritious breakfast! Use oat bran in place of rolled oats for extra fiber and add ground flaxseed for lignans (anti-cancer properties). Lastly, add maca for anti-fatigue and you'll be buzzing with happiness all day! Yum!
Add ingredients to bowl with water and mix well! Place in microwave for 4 min (or until almost bubbling over the top of the bowl - watch the microwave)!
Remove from microwave, add a dash of milkadamia (or plant-based milk of choice). Stir and enjoy hot!
