This is the best meal prep for a yummy, high-protein and nourishing breakfast. Check out my baked apple recipe and make sure to purchase some wide-mouth mason jars before making this! It's simple to throw together, and I guarantee it will get your coworkers salivating. Mmmm!
Add granola and mix well, adding more milk for desire consistency (note if making the night before the flax will absorb the milk and thicken the parfait!)
Place in fridge overnight and enjoy in the AM for a yummy breakfast!
Notes
If plant-based, consider swapping out the yogurt for Siggi's plant-based sweetened plain yogurt, high in protein at 11 grams per serving and low in sugar (4 grams per serving).
