Baked Cinnamon Apple Oat Yogurt Parfait

This is the best meal prep for a yummy, high-protein and nourishing breakfast. Check out my baked apple recipe and make sure to purchase some wide-mouth mason jars before making this! It's simple to throw together, and I guarantee it will get your coworkers salivating. Mmmm!

  • Add yogurt to base of jar first
  • Then add granola, cinnamon, flax and almond milk
  • Add granola and mix well, adding more milk for desire consistency (note if making the night before the flax will absorb the milk and thicken the parfait!)
  • Place in fridge overnight and enjoy in the AM for a yummy breakfast!

Notes

If plant-based, consider swapping out the yogurt for Siggi's plant-based sweetened plain yogurt, high in protein at 11 grams per serving and low in sugar (4 grams per serving).
